TERMS OF USE
• In these Conditions all references to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SAS Global Reisen LLP.
• The terms “you” and “your” refer to the person who enters into a Contract with SAS Global Reisen. For the provision of services.
• “Brochure” means printed brochure, Website, itinerary, leaflets, booklet, Price Grid
• “Website” means www.sasglobalreisen.com and “Web pages” means pages on the Website www.sasglobalreisen.com
• Tour means trip, package, holiday, course, or otherwise inclusive arrangement booked by you.
• “Tour Cost” means the tour cost mentioned in the Booking form / brochures / online and other payments such as taxes, surcharges etc. payable by the agent/client to the Company.
• “Infant” mean a person below the age of two years and “Child” mean a person of two or more years and below the age of twelve years.
• “Contractor” / “Supplier” means supplier of any infrastructural facility and shall include hotel managements, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment like theme parks, showrooms, museums, art galleries etc. shipping company, railway, ferry, cruise, coach who are to provide the services to the Traveller.
• Written or in writing refers to any correspondence, either by email or by post, between you and SAS Global Reisen LLP or by notification on the relevant brochure, itinerary, leaflets, booklet website which is www.sasglobalreisen.com

RATES, INVENTORY AND SERVICE
• The rates provided by SAS Global Reisen are net, in GBP and EUR and CHF. Rates are based on prevailing currency exchange rates, in the event of a strong currency movement we reserve the right to re-quote. Land itineraries, conditions and prices are agreed and fixed by separately signed quotations. All quotation prices are net, non-commissionable; include all government taxes and VAT correct as of the time of preparation (unless otherwise stated). Any changes in government taxes or VAT will be advised to the client and surcharges may be applicable as required and may take effect immediately.
• Hotel classifications describe the overall quality, taking into consideration the standard of accommodation, facilities and services. Classifications vary by destination and reflect local or regional variations in quality and service. Classifications mirror as much as possible the international “star rating” system. In each case the full description of the property should be read in conjunction with the classification.
AVAILABILITY
• 1)The accommodation and activities mentioned are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that all service providers will be able to receive Business on any given date. For operational reasons, the order of visits may change and the itinerary may be altered to accommodate availability.
• 2) Hotel classifications describe the overall quality, taking into consideration the standard of accommodation, facilities and services. Classifications vary by destination and reflect local or regional variations in quality and service. Classifications mirror as much as possible the international “star rating” system. In each case the full description of the property should be read in conjunction with the classification.
• 3) We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes / events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour. If such changes / events occur during the tour, our tour professional or local representative will inform you of the changes during the tour and we solicit your full co – operation in accepting such circumstantial changes. Therefore, no grievance regarding any itinerary / service change which we are constrained to make, will be entertained from the tour clients/ agents during or after the tour.
COMPLAINTS
• In the event of the client suffering harm or damages or the tour not corresponding with the contracted agreement, the client shall be both entitled and obliged to inform the service provider immediately and request redress. The service provider shall be obliged to provide assistance within a reasonable time. Should such assistance prove impossible or inadequate, the client shall be required to obtain from the service provider, written confirmation of the harm or damage suffered and the lack or inadequacy of the assistance provided.
MEALS & DIETRY REQUIREMENTS
• Special requests for room allocation, diet consideration on tour / cruise / flight etc. must be made in writing at the time of booking, but all such requests shall be subject to availability. The Company will not be held liable for claims of damages or significant loss if the company is unable to process such requests for want of availability.
• Due to operational reasons, there is a possibility that we may give pack meal at some places
• In the event of whatsoever reason the client misses any meal including breakfast offered to him by the company, then no claim can be made for the meal/breakfast, which he has missed and not utilized.
LIABILITIES
• SAS Global Reisen will not be responsible for any liability arising out of improper documentation. SAS Global Reisen does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ship or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
• All arrangements for the tours are made by SAS Global Reisen in their capacity as agents only for and in the interest of the passengers, with respect to any air/land sea transportation and hotel which may be included in the brochure, and as such holds itself absolved of all liabilities for any injury, delay or damage from any cause, whatsoever, for which passenger, by signing the contract undertakes to absolve SAS Global Reisen and its representatives from any legal claims.
• All services are subject to the rules and regulations referred to in the timetables, books, bill and notices of the companies concerned on whose airlines, steamer, railways, coaches and other transportation the passenger travels and the passenger by accepting the service, agrees that the firms and the companies concerned shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or detention caused howsoever. All quoted prices do not include any insurance cover.
HEALTH & INSURANCE
• It shall be the duty of the Traveller to inform the Company in case the Traveller has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. Pace of certain tours might not be suitable to individuals. Hence we suggest that individuals may choose tours as per their health conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to ask the Traveller to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed the Company will not be liable to provide any assistance or money back if any.
• It is necessary for the Traveller to obtain a valid travel/ health insurance prior to the commencement of the tour and the company will not be responsible for the same. Settlement of the claims will be entirely at the discretion of the insurance company.
• The Traveller should check the accuracy and correctness of the insurance policy.
Sightseeing, Transfers & Excursions
• All sightseeing, transfers and excursions have special conditions attached to it, please check with us while booking the same.
• Mountain Excursions. A minimum of 25% cancellation shall apply on totally unused vouchers. If an excursion was non-operational due to bad weather, then 100% refund will be done only against the stamping of Bad Weather by concerned local office.
